Membership & Prices

  • Full-Time: $18.00/day

Frequently Asked Questions

Question: If our family schedule changes, can we switch the days we’re locked into?

Yes, you can adjust your HEROS days, as long as the days you are requesting have space available. An adjustment will be made to your next bill to coincide with the schedule change.

Can my child attend HEROS and then take the school late bus home?

Sorry for any inconvenience, but children cannot be dismissed from HEROS to the late buses. They need to be signed out by an adult who is listed as an authorized pick-up person on their registration paperwork.

What happens if school has an early closing due to inclement weather or a power outage?

HEROS staff will arrive at school in time for the early dismissal, and children scheduled to go to HEROS that day should still report to the cafeteria. Depending on the circumstances, HEROS may be able to operate as usual, or with a slightly modified program. Parents will be contacted directly by staff if they need to pick up their child early from HEROS. Note: An additional charge may be incurred for the extra child care provided due to the early school dismissal.

When after school activities are cancelled, does that mean HEROS is cancelled?

No, HEROS is the exception. HEROS will operate as usual despite all other after school activities being cancelled.

When do I need to register by?

For the start of the school year, the sooner you register, the better, for guaranteeing your child a spot. Early registration also allows the director to ensure that adequate staff is in place for the upcoming school year. Registration is typically open all year long unless all spots are filled. You can be put on a waiting list. Registration forms for the upcoming school year are available in April.
